I recently had Janel facilitate a beautiful workshop for myself and friends for a special birthday event. She catered it specifically for me and ran a two-hour workshop based around friendship. It was so wholesome and gave us an opportunity to celebrate our friendships with one another. Janel also provided us a safe and open space where we could discuss our feelings and thoughts and share a little bit about what we hold close to us. It was such a unique and special experience to share with the girls. We laughed, smiled, meditated and created!
